OUR PURPOSE

Scripture was never meant to remain on the pages of a book.

It was meant to be lived, in the boardroom, at the coffee shop, on the flight home, around the family dinner table, at the gym, on an ordinary Tuesday. Because faith was never meant to exist only in the places, we call it sacred. It belongs in the everyday, in the decisions we make, in the way we love, in the way we work, in the way we raise our children, in the quiet moments no one else sees.

Live Scriptora was created from that conviction. A belief that Scripture is not meant to stay closed on a shelf or remain distant from the life we actually live. It is meant to shape us, to teach us, to correct us, to remind us of what is true and to go with us wherever life takes us.

01. WHY LIVE SCRIPTORA

Since I converted to Christianity, I have wanted to literally wear the Kingdom. I searched through Christian apparel brands and found plenty of inspiration, beautiful messages, powerful verses, bold statements. But I couldn't find what felt like me.

I was looking for something that reflected both my faith and my personality, something simple, minimal, thoughtful, subtle. Something I could wear every day without feeling like I had to shout to be understood. I didn't want faith to become a costume, and I didn't need the message to take over the entire garment. I wanted something quieter, intentional. Something that could carry meaning without excess.

A piece that felt natural in my everyday life, while still reminding me of what mattered most. Because by then, Scripture had become much more than something I occasionally read or something I had inherited through religion. It had become part of the way I understood myself and the world around me and I wanted to wear that. Unfortunately, I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. So I began imagining it: Christian apparel for people who appreciate thoughtful design. Pieces that feel intentional rather than excessive. Minimal, without being empty. Meaningful, without being loud. Faith-forward, without needing to shout.

That is why Live Scriptora began. Not because the world needed another Christian T-shirt, but because I was looking for something that didn't seem to exist. So I decided to create it.

02. BEHIND THE BRAND

Before Live Scriptora, there was a much more personal journey.

For years, I understood myself through the roles I carried. A daughter. A wife. A mother. A sister. A friend. A professional. All of those things were real, and all of them were important. But somewhere along the way, I realized that none of them could fully answer the question: Who am I?

Life has a way of changing the things we once thought defined us. A career can pause. A move can take us far from everything familiar. Financial independence can disappear. Children grow and change. Plans shift. The people we once depended on may suddenly be far away. And sometimes, when the things around us begin to change, we are left with a question we can no longer avoid. Who am I without all of this?

For me, the answer didn't come from finding a new title. It came from understanding something much simpler, and much deeper: before I am anything else, I am a daughter of God, loved, desired, forgiven and reached by grace. And still being guided by His Spirit of love and truth.

I grew up surrounded by faith. My parents gave me a beautiful childhood and showed me, through their lives, the value of humility, strength, hard work, honesty and faith.

But like many people, as I grew older, I began building my life around what the world told me mattered: education, professional growth, financial independence, achievement. Being valued for what I could do. And for a while, I believed that finding myself meant becoming more independent, successful and accomplished. But eventually, I learned that identity cannot be built entirely on what we do, because everything we do can change: jobs change, seasons change, our circumstances change, our roles change. But the truth of who we are before God does not.

That understanding began changing the way I saw my life, and eventually, it changed the way I wanted to live it.

03. FAITH FOR THE ORDINARY

I didn't come to know Jesus through a perfect life. I came to know Him in the middle of an ordinary one: through Scripture, through questions, through learning, through sitting with the text and asking for wisdom and discernment, through understanding the culture and context in which Scripture was written. And, above all, through getting to know the character of Jesus. That changed everything.

Scripture was no longer something distant. It became present and alive in the ordinary. It followed me into motherhood, into marriage, into work, into difficult decisions, into the questions I didn't have answers for, into the days that felt ordinary and the days that didn't. I began to understand that faith was not something reserved for Sunday. It was something to be lived. Everywhere and every day. That conviction eventually became the heart of Live Scriptora.

04. WHY THE NAME

Some names are created in a branding meeting. Ours was born in prayer.

Before Live Scriptora existed, there was a question. What could we call a brand created around something so simple — and so important? As a family, we spent days praying and thinking about it. We wanted a name that reflected the heart behind the idea: something simple, something minimal, something meaningful. A name that carried the idea of taking God's Word with us wherever we went: Into every environment, every conversation, every ordinary day.

We wanted Scripture to feel present beyond the places traditionally considered sacred. Then, during a sermon at our local church, the answer came.

The message was about how God's Word changes us and was rooted in 2 Timothy 3:16: “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.”

And suddenly, the idea became clear: Scripture Alive. The Word of God — not confined to a page. Not reserved for a church service, but alive, present. Changing us. Going with us. Through a simple play on words, Live Scriptora was born. For us, the name will always be a reminder of where this brand began: in prayer, in Scripture. And in the belief that God's Word was never meant to remain closed inside a book. It was meant to change us. And to be lived.

05. THE PIECES

Meaning deserves intention.

When we began creating Live Scriptora, we knew one thing: We didn't want to put meaningful words on just any T-shirt, because the message mattered, but so did the garment carrying it.

Before choosing the pieces for our collection, we tested more than ten different garment and fabric options. We were looking for something specific, lightweight enough for everyday life, comfortable against the skin, soft and easy to wear, relaxed without feeling oversized, structured enough to maintain its shape, and comfortable enough to reach for again and again. We were especially intentional about fit.

We wanted a relaxed silhouette that allows the body to exist comfortably inside the garment. A piece that doesn't demand constant adjusting. That doesn't feel restrictive. That drapes naturally. That feels easy to wear. Because women change, bodies change, seasons change, and clothing should not make us feel as though we need to earn the right to be comfortable in it.

We tested fabrics. We tested fit. We tested washing. And we tested print results.

After comparing multiple options, we selected the garment that came closest to what we had been looking for: the right balance of comfort, feel, fit and everyday wear. Not because it was the easiest option. But because it was the one we wanted to wear ourselves. Our pieces are thoughtfully selected for real life. Because Scripture may be timeless. But the shirt carrying it still has to survive Tuesday.

06. HOW WE CREATE

Every Live Scriptora piece begins with Scripture: not with a trend, not with a slogan, and not with a design looking for a verse to make it meaningful. Scripture comes first, we sit with the words, consider the meaning, ask questions. We look beyond the surface, and then we ask: How can this truth become part of everyday life?

From there, the idea becomes a concept, the concept becomes design. And the design finds its place on a carefully selected garment. But before a piece becomes part of the collection, it has to meet a simple standard: Would we actually want to wear this?

Not just for a photograph, not just for a Sunday. But on an ordinary day: to work, to travel, to meet friends, to pick up the kids, to sit at a coffee shop with friends. To live life. Because that is exactly where we believe faith belongs.

07. WHAT WE BELIEVE ABOUT CREATION

We don't believe Scripture should be used as decoration. We don't begin with a trend and search for a verse to make it meaningful. We don't choose words simply because they look good on a shirt. And we don't believe faith needs to become louder to become visible. We also don't believe in calling something premium simply because the word sounds good.

Our products are created through a print-on-demand production model, but the garments and designs we choose are intentional: we test, we compare, we refine. And we only release pieces that meet the standard we are willing to put our name on.

We are still a growing brand, we are learning, we will continue to improve. And as we grow, our standards will grow with us. But one thing will remain the same: we would rather be honest about where we are than pretend to be something we are not. Because trust matters. And when Scripture is at the heart of what we create, integrity cannot be optional.

08. BEHIND SCRIPTORA

Today, I am still many things: a wife, a mother, a daughter, a friend, a professional. I love all of those parts of my life. But they no longer come first. Above everything else, I am a daughter of God: loved, desired, forgiven, chosen and reached by grace.

Still learning, growing, being changed. Still trying to become more like the Father I love.

Live Scriptora is a small expression of that journey. It is not a perfect brand created by a perfect person. It is the work of someone who spent years trying to understand who she was, and found her deepest answer not in what she achieved, but in Whose she is. And if these pieces can do one thing, we hope it is this: that somewhere in the middle of an ordinary day, they remind you of something true.

Something you may already know. Something you may need to remember. Something worth carrying with you.

09. SCRIPTURE WAS MEANT TO BE LIVED

Not only read, heard. Not only remembered on Sunday. But carried into the places where life actually happens: into the ordinary, into the beautiful, into the difficult, into the everyday.

Live Scriptora.

Carry the Word. Live the truth.
